Enjoy this newly renovated historic bungalow home thats within seconds from I-10 and minutes from downtown. Near by there are parks, restaurants, coffee shops and bars for the night life. The location could not be more convenient as it is steps away from the bus stop,UTEP and one block from BCycle Bike Share rental. You will have access to the entire top floor that has full kitchen , full restroom and 2bedrooms that has queen size bed. Let this beautiful home be your next airbnb!

My wife and kids and I really enjoyed our stay at this bungalow in Sunset Heights during our trip to El Paso. It was the perfect location with dining just a short drive away, easy access to I-10 and Loop 375, and of course walking distance to the beautiful UTEP campus. The bungalow was exactly as advertised, very clean, and the host was very responsive to communications. We’re looking forward to our next stay!

Great place

Great house. Spacious, and was a perfect location. Close to downtown and rest of ELP but very quiet in the evenings. Will love to stay here again.
