The home is spacious, spotless, and incredibly well-appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing getaway. “The unit is very nice, the furnishings were a little more worn than in the pictures, especially the outdoor furniture and the beach umbrella (which was unusable) and the boogie boards (in need of replacement), but the interior was very nice and much as in the pictures. The grounds of the complex are beautiful and nicely landscaped. We only had use of the one (rectangular) pool (that was not clear when we booked) and it was a bit cool - there is no hot tub which we would have used as the ocean is……

“We recently visited Mike’s place - 4 of us (best friend and our adult sons). Ted who was managing the property met us on the drive in and totally took care of us the entire time. Mike “hooked” us up with a friend of his and we had an incredible fishing experience (37 tuna) and then a chef (Sergio) who was amazing both as a chef and host. All around awesome time. Oh, and yes beautiful place right on the beach - tons of room. Love to come back .”

“The property is the upper part of a two unit casita on the owners compound on the beach. Excellent place for viewing the stars with so little light pollution. The owner has some friendly dogs so be aware if you are dog phobic. They aren't a bother but definitely around. Clean, simple, spacious unit that was very welcoming. Owner was helpful when we discovered problems with a tire. ”

I have never walked out of my back door on to the beach before!The house does not have AC, but even in July it was wonderfully cool at night and early AM. The fans were nice during the heat of the day. I did find out I am allergic to dogs. Fred has some sweet pups on the property. “Needed a peaceful place to unwind, and the Casita checked all the boxes. Spent my time alternating between the pristine beach watching the surfers and the whales; hanging out reading by the pool and hopping in the hot tub; then exploring El Pescadero, Todos Santos, and La Paz.”

“We enjoyed our stay thoroughly. The property manager Sophie was very friendly and accommodating. The place was impeccably clean. The beds were super comfortable and the place had everything we needed (except food and drinks). The pool was perfect for the kids and the beach was a quick walk away. The owner supplied beach toys, towels, chairs and an umbrella which we used daily. The residents that live at the complex were very lovely and we will miss them, especially Baby the Dog. Would come back……

“Privacy, greenery, delicious Pho on Sunday night. Lovely casita one half block from a super quiet beach. A few minutes' drive from Cerritos, and downtown Pescadero. Eric and Emily are the greatest hosts, communication was awesome via WhatsApp, nice little kitchen and the best shower I've ever had in decades of going to Mexico. Also you can drink the water! Lots of great groceries available in town. Gorgeous garden of palms, and many birds: cardinals, orioles, finches, wrens, doves. Super……
