“The outdoor spa tub was broken, the water in it was full of garbage (the kids were disappointed), there was no ping pong table like in the photo, the curtains in the living room were dirty, there was no laundry detergent (had to call for delivery) and not enough quilts ( Had to call for delivery), mice were running from the ceiling at night.”

Charles, the manager, does a great job of managing the work, and we were very comfortable with the accommodations. Our room was freshly painted, with new linen on the bed and blackout curtains on the windows. It also looked like we had a new microwave and minifridge.
