“The Castillo Magico! It’s like stepping into history. It was a privilege to meet and be hosted by the owner and her wonderful staff. We were lucky to stay in the bedroom of Edward James, very comfortable with stunning mountain views. The owner gave us a tour and explained the history of her grandfather’s house. “Realice la reserva en este alojamiento a primera hora de la mañana y llegando sobre las 21:00 ese mismo día me encontré que mi reserva confirmada por la plataforma de hoteles.com el alojamiento desconocía de la misma y tenia el alojamiento completo, por lo que era imposible quedarme en ese establecimiento, se tuvo que llamar a hoteles.com y al final me pudieron acomodar en otro hotel pero de menor categoría y mas lejos, creo que deben mejorar el sistema de reservas para que no ocurra esto, por……
