“It's about a 10 minute walk to Sunzal beach - so in that sense the property is very convenient for surfing. That being said, there's very little in the immediate area of the hotel, and it's about a 25-30 minute walk to El Tunco. I rented a motorcycle, so that wasn't much a problem for me. “Our stay was perfect. Our room was a partial oceanfront and it was gorgeous. The room had everything you need: hot water, air conditioning, and the softest bed plus a full kitchen. “We were super happy with our stay here! The area is beautiful and a 2 min walk to oceanfront restaurants/bars. The hotel seemed new and everything was very clean.
