“I stayed in a double bedroom for 3 nights and absolutely loved the place! Has the most amazing views all around, the rooms are very cleaned and comfortable and the pool is great! If I have the chance to come back to isola d’Elba I will definitely stay here again.”

“Wirklich großartiges Preis-Leistungsvethältnis. Schön gelegen, schöner weg zum Strand. Tennisplatz, Pool und Tischtennis und noch mehr kleine Extras im Preis enthalten, einfach super. Der Inhaber ist freundlich und gibt gerne Tipps. Kleine Mankos: Die Anlage ist teilweise etwas in die Jahre gekommen und die Ausstattung der Küche ist relativ überschaubar, aber ausreichend. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und würden vielleicht einen halben Stern abziehen. ”

“We had a very pleasant stay in Rossella‘s nice house. She is also very supportive in case of any questions. We would only recommend to provide a screenshot via Google maps with the exact location of the house since it was not easy for us to find it. The parking situation in Pomonte is not easy, but most time you find a parking slot in 400 meters distance outside of the village.”

“Es war wieder sehr schön auf Elba. Francesco hat uns unkompliziert willkommen geheißen und so zogen wir (3Tage zu spät wg. des Ausfalls unseres Autos) in das kleine, aber mit Allem ausgestatteten Häuschen ein. Leider haben wir die regenreichsten Tage des Jahres erwischt und so fiel das „2.Zimmer“, die Terrasse, wegen Nässe aus. Aber, wir wollten ja gar nicht im Haus sein und so fuhren wir des „Morgens“(selten vor 11:30Uhr) in die Elbawelt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Lage des Hauses: 150 M……

“Das Haus liegt in Zanca ca. 160 m über Seehöhe im Nordwesten von Elba, ziemlich abgeschieden. Bis zum Stand von St. Andrea geht man bergab ca. 15-20 Minuten, bergauf ist es besonders bei höheren Temperaturen schon recht anstrengend. Einen kleinen Lebensmittelmarkt gibt es in ca. 150 m Entfernung, einen Bäcker in ca. 500 m Entfernung (bergab). Die Hausausstattung ist unterdurchschnittlich. Es ist weder eine elektr. Kaffeemaschine noch ein Toaster vorhanden. Küchenutensilien sind einfacher Art.……

The house with two bedrooms is very spacious and airy. The pool is a perfect size and the water temperature is splendid. “Casa in zona tranquilla, un pò fuori mano, il proprietario persona disponibile e gentile, due appunti da fare: le porte interne non si chiudono sembrano gonfire o fuori squadra, al nostro arrivo un forte odore di chiuso andava arieggiata qualche ora prima. In bagno il minimo indispensabile, phon da viaggio in dotazione non adeguato per i capelli delle donne, consiglio uno leggermente più grande e performante se non si vuole stare delle ore per asciugarsi i capelli. “Entscheidend ist die tolle, entlegene, fast familiär wirkende Bucht/Strand und der Ausblick darauf. Gartendusche, Strandklappstühle und Sonnenschirm sind auch vorhanden. Das erste Mal dachten wir, hier kann man uneingeschränkt wiederkommen! Ein Paradies.”

“Soeben aus unserem Grossfamilien-Urlaub zurück, sind wir glücklich, eine wunderbare Zeit in der Villa Bacci verbracht zu haben. Die Kommunikation mit Alfredo war vor, während und nach dem Urlaub sehr gut und umfassend; er hat sich immer nach dem Befinden erkundigt und seine Hilfe angeboten. Das CheckIn und CheckOut mit Giovanni war sehr freundlich und schnell und eine leere Gasflasche für den Grill wurde umgehend von ihm ersetzt. Die Lage der Villa und der Ausblick ist atemberaubend.
