“This beatifully renovated piece of architectural history is conveniently located in central Provo. The apartment was exceptionally clean and included several very nice conveniences like shampoo, conditioner and body wash ... just in case. The bed was very comfortable and everything was well maintained. I would stay here again and highly recommend. The entire complex is lovely. ”

“We were in town for our son's graduation from BYU. My wife and I, our son and married daughter & son in law stayed in the suite. “Stayed at this property for 3 weeks as working nearby. The apartment is exactly as described. There is some noise from the tenants above (as stated in the descripton) but this was really only footsteps & it was generally very quiet after about 6pm.Well appointed with everything you need. The bed was very comfortable & having a Smart TV was really appreciated.The location is stunning, with mountains & lakes all within a short drive. I even managed a short weekend trip to Las Vegas so there really……

“This property was perfect for my weekend stay. It was well kept and spacious. Check in and check out were easy. Everything I needed was there. Comfy bed, lots of soft fluffy towels, plenty of pillows, lots of storage space, simply equipped kitchen for my simple needs. The full-body massage chair was amazing! “Check in would have been easier in the day light- apt is located at the rear of the property. There was some noise from above just a few nights but no worse than a hotel. It was quiet and nice to cook our meals. There could be a few more pots and dishes. For those wanting to ski you are about an hour from Deer Valley and Snow Bird”

“Excellent property. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful views of mountains and lake. Great patio area and lots of games and movies, although no time to enjoy it this trip. Comfy bed, well equipped kitchen. Entrance steps might be issue for someone with mobility issues but otherwise accessible. Hosts very helpful. Would stay again. ”

“It was a very clean apartment, easy check in and out process. It would have been nice if there had been hangers in the closets to hang clothing. I recommend that an iron and ironing board be added to the apartment. We were in town for a wedding and our clothing was very wrinkled. We used the dryer but... I also recommend re-positing the toilet if possible. I'm 5'10 and my knees were hitting the wall. It also would have been nice to have fans in the rooms since air is controlled by the upstairs.”

"The hotel’s floor soundproofing is terrible. The thumping sounds from people walking upstairs and next door are like thunder. I was rudely awakened before 10 a.m. by a staff member knocking on the door, wanting to come in and clean the room. The funniest part is, when I arrived at the hotel at 2 a.m. to check in, I found someone in the room I was given. Fortunately, the room had a safety lock on the inside. Of course, when I went back to get a new room, the lady in that room also went to complain."
