“The property was newer and generally in good condition. Rooms were equipped with some basic items for cooking and eating, but lacked a broom and dust pan. Air conditioner, television and internet worked well. Overall, this property was a fine choice.”

“It was very clean. Smaller than what we normally stay in but worked for us on a short vacay. The pool was too small and not impressive. Now parking was great, property staff was great, great access to beach and places to eat. Room and place very clean. They need to definitely remodel on the pool and it be perfect. ”

“Clean well worth the money”

“Because the children were on spring break, we spent a delightful three day vacation here. It's very convenient as various restaurants and shops are within walking distance and there's a beautiful beach right outside the hotel. The hotel staff were very friendly. Although the facilities in the room were a bit outdated, it was still clean and hygienic. The kitchen was well equipped with enough utensils for us to cook our own meals. Right next to it is “ The hangout “ (101 E Beach Blvd )”

“It was a great location and great stay. The condo was very clean and nice and just steps from the beach which was perfect. Will definitely book again to bring the kids.”

“Stayed here for the Sand in your Boots festival. It was conveniently located within walking distance of the festival venue and for that I will say it was awesome. The condo itself was nothing spectacular for the overall cost. It was basic, has basic amenities and nothing extra like cooking spices or things of that nature that I've had in other places I've stayed. It got the job done by providing us a place to lay our heads at night, although the beds were hard and squeaky. They did not have……
