“The hotel is new but the price is quite reasonable and have good quality. At the breakfast room, one can get sparkling water and coffee for free, and there are some board games for borrow.
The room is so clean and modern as well. I especially like the open kitchen which is fully equipped with cookware, fridge, and even dishwasher. I could choose to cook my dinner instead of dinning out. The TV is like a recent medium-end model, which is quite enjoyable to watch. The electrical sockets have USB……

“We found it hard to find anything negative about this place. The units are well thought out and looked after with everything we needed provided and complete sets of equipment in the kitchen. “Zuletzt sind wir leider immer wieder enttäuscht, was Ferienwohnungen in Großstädten betrifft. So auch hier. Vor allem lassen Sauberkeit (Bad, verschmutzte Bettwäsche, Küche) und Ausstattung (Küche) zu wünschen übrig. Es den Gästen schön zu machen, ist nebensächlich. Durch die hohe Nachfrage in großen Städten geht es meist ums schnelle Geldverdienen ohne großen Aufwand. Leider haben wir uns nicht so wirklich wohl gefühlt. Wo wir jetzt zu unserer Weiterreise sind, ist es gleich ganz anders.”

"Hotel itself is good, new hotel in perfect location (just 5 mins walk to Central train station and bus terminal). But the area downstairs heading to the train station are having quite a lot drug abusers, they didn’t do anything on me but still not feeling very comfortable to walk through them. The other side to Berliner Tor station is perfectly fine.
Recommend to stay in this hotel but be aware if you walk towards the direction of central station at night alone.
