“Although the hotel may need a few updates, that fact is overshadowed by the excellent customer service I received at the front desk when I arrived. ”

“I stayed here for a school function for my son. To me the room is a bit overpriced since a lot of the amenities aren’t included. You still had to pay to use the waterpark, bowling alley and pool hall. I feel that with the price of the room being so high, these should have been included or at least cheaper to use. Overall the room was nice but nothing special. ”
