“This home was such a beautiful place to spend our last girls weekend together before one of us moves to another state. The perfect home to watch the sound and all the wildlife with it! The kitchen was stocked with all the things you need to cook, but was lacking on any kind of coffee, spices, or oils so make sure you stop and pick up basic cooking supplies at the grocery store in Hoodsport or at the gas station market down the street. The bathrooms are so, so nice and had lovely amenities……

“Very Comfortable with a well appointed Kitchen. Excellent view of Hood Canal and occasional glimpses of mountains through the fog and clouds. Would recommend visiting the Union Visitor Center for good information about the sites and activities in the area. We enjoyed a few hikes to waterfalls and dinner of Oysters and Dungenese crabs. Preparing meals was easy in the spacious and well appointed kitchen. Perhaps the only drawback was the motorcycles on the road below the cabin and canal. I……

“Lovely little cabin with everything you need ”

“This is a wonderful cabin. The A frame structure is rustic and charming. There’s a comfy deck. Debra has shelves of board games and lots of info on local things to do. There is a washer and dryer! The upstairs loft with the king bed is where we slept because my husband is 6’6”. I loved it, although I bumped my head 3 times on the ceiling beams! But my husband was not that happy with how low the bed is and that we had to go downstairs to use the bathroom. The kitchen had the necessary dishes. But……

“My wife and I got away for a long weekend after being kid-free. We brought kayaks and wanted to explore the area. We enjoyed the location very much, with easy access to Hoodsport and Hama Hama. The access to the water wasn't as easy as we hoped, but the fact that there's a little county park in front of the house did work out for us. The neighbors seem very protective of the beach though, so that's weird. Luckily the smoke from the Bear Gulch fire didn't come down low enough to bother us either,……

The property has everything you’d want to enjoy both relaxation and adventure: hammocks, a hot tub, paddle boards, kayaks, and more. It’s an ideal spot to soak in nature during the day and hang out together in the evenings.The cabin itself is thoughtfully laid out and equipped with all the modern amenities, including a well-stocked kitchen that had everything we needed for cooking.
