“I never received any check in instructions and ended up having to send a message to the host an hour before check in to ask for details including the location. The main reason I chose this place was because I wanted to hang out and relax in the back yard with the firepit. When I arrived, I found there was no propane tank for the fire pit and no wood for the chiminea.Not a great location, either, but it was clean and the hot tub was nice.”

“We could not recommend this location enough! Truly one of our favorite neighborhoods in Denver. Very clean and comfortable, right across the street from the delicious Zuni brewery. Amazing food and cafe options. Only downside is the award winning Mexican restaurant downstairs is gone and being replaced with a Korean hot pot. Not bad, but definitely a little disappointed. Otherwise, perfection.”

“Great location, within walking distance to Union Station. Lots of restaurants very close to the building. Bedroom shade was broken when we arrived. After a quick call to maintenance, it was fixed within a couple of hours. WiFi password was incorrect on the welcome email. Again, just a quick call to the property management to get it resolved. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you! ”

“First time staying in LoHi neighborhood and it definitely won’t be my last. Espadín is an exceptional property. The unit was beyond perfect. Check-in instructions were timely. Bed and sheets were super-comfortable. Ubers were easy. Tons of great little places nearby to eat, drink and explore. Highly recommend: Williams & Graham (speakeasy) and anything mole at Alma Fonda Fina just three blocks away. We’ll be back!”

“We loved our stay here. It's a great building that's very easy to get into. Wonderful location in walking distance to lots of fun restaurants and a quick drive to downtown and many attractions. Parking onsite would have made it even better, but we had no issues finding a parking spot on the block. “My sister and I stayed here for a couple nights while visiting Denver. This place is nice and spacious. Has all necessary kitchen equipment and shampoo/conditioner/body wash in bathrooms. "Everything was great, except for the toilet in my room, which took 5 minutes to stop refilling the water tank. The noise was disturbing. The front desk staff verified the issue around 2:00 am but couldn’t fix it, and no room change was available. I had to use the toilet three more times that early morning, which was particularly troublesome at night. Additionally, the coffee machine dispensed hairs when I tried to get hot water, making me concerned about using it for coffee. I reported these issues, and the gentleman at the front desk took my mobile number, assuring me that the manager would contact me within two days. However, two weeks have passed, and I have not been contacted. Overall, it was not a good experience, but it might be only associated with that room."
