“The property lacks any handicap accessibility. The elevator is like a matchbox which could never fit any assistance device (maybe a cane). The rooms are also neither accessible or for families. I requested information about air conditioning because of a medical disability that’s neither hot/cold tolerate. Never heard anything from the site. The room was horribly hot and the fan didn’t help. “Das Hotel ist in Ordnung. Frühstück ist auch okay. Die Lage ist nicht so schön aber der Busstop ist nur 200 m entfernt. Schön ja so gar notwendig ist ein halte Griff wenn mann aus der Dusche aufsteigt. Die dusch ist sehr glatt Unfallgefahr.es wäre auch praktische die Handtücher aufhängen zu können. Es fehlten aber die Aufhänger an den Handtüchern.Und das Personal könnte etwas besser geschult sein mit den örtlichkeiten in Bonn und ein Busfahrplan sowie ein etwas besser Stadtplan. ”
