“It was charming, with a superb staff. The location is in a great neighborhood of Maastricht. The Spa was a welcome experience after a long day of walking. Given that we weee there for four nights I wish I had gone every day I was there. May ext time!”

“Upon our arrival at the hotel's front desk, we were utterly dismayed by the complete lack of a warm welcome. The room they assigned us was inconveniently located on the first floor, facing a noisy street. Despite our very real concerns about potential traffic noise disrupting our sleep, we were dismissively assured that nighttime traffic was not an issue. Adding to our disappointment, we were told that, due to full occupancy, they couldn't switch us to a quieter room with a different……

“請櫃台幫忙叫計程車，時間到了，車子卻沒有來，而且協助叫車的櫃檯還說我們沒有說要叫車 跟櫃檯反應沒有面紙與衛生紙，但回到房間也沒有補上 飯店設施老舊，每天也不補足備品，一晚卻要8000多台幣，除了地點不錯，實在找不到其他優點了”
