“The Avalon beachfront condo was a perfect choice for us. 6 adults and 2 little ones. Very clean, staff is super nice, and great location. Easy walk to the beach. Avalon provides beach chairs towels and umbrellas. They also have beach toys, nice pool but not very big. Overall an excellent choice. 15 minute walk to Pier 60”

“Wonderful place to stay! Very clean, perfect location to walk to the beach, restaurants, stores, piere 60. They had everything we needed for the beach & pool. Staff was always helpful. Nice park right across the street for kids. 3 bedroom was very specious for a family of 7 with a great balcony. Our own laundry room was perfect so we went home with no laundry to do. Kitchen had everything you need but i would just say there really needs to be updated frying pans (awful to cook with) We would……

“We have stayed at the Avalon Club Hotel before and chose to stay there again! It is always impeccably clean, right on the beach and the staff is incredible. Our smoke detector started chirping low battery and the front desk sent someone immediately to change the battery. I know we will be back!”

“We really enjoyed our stay at the condo- it was clean, well-equipped, and a very convenient location. The only downside was the 3 temperature/humidity control units in the condo... I found them pretty noisy and they would wake me up when they switched on and off automatically. I could find no way to shut them off. ”

“Right on the beach, just walking through their very small parking lot. The apartment, itself, was immaculate. The front desk, maintenance and cleaning staffs were nice, efficient and very responsive ! Loved our stay. Definitely would book this apartment again !”

“Everything was great. The only issues we had were they put the wrong pass code for the gate entry. We, also, needed some kleenex and we found the towels in the dryer. The main shower was great and the condo was huge. Great location, walking distance to everything. Thanks Carlo”

“Everything is exactly as posted. No surprises at all.Well stocked kitchen and bathroom.Great to have access to beach supplies (towels, chairs, umbrella, beach bag and cooler.)Very handy being right next to the Pinellas Trail for walking, biking or running.Centrally located within a small neighborhood.Can easily walk to cars/pubs, restaurants and out for ice cream.Highly recommend this place Tim was extremely helpful and replied almost instantly ”

“The Avalon was the perfect place for our first vacation attempt as new parents. It had all the accomodations and conveniences we needed. We loved waking up to the ocean views and enjoying the amazing sunsets every day. The location is minutes away from everything you want to walk to but also quiet enough to relax and enjoy your balcony overlooking the ocean. Staff was responsive, polite and professional with everything we needed. Super clean property that is well maintained. We hope to be back!”
