“The cobblestone is a warm and welcoming place. It is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious and well kept. I only have one detractor, they use way too much bleach in their bedding.”

“When I had first gotten to my room and opened the door there were bath towels on the floor and 1 of the 2 beds there were already messed up like someone has just left there. I just ended up sleeping on the bed that was already made because of how tired I was. i was hoping that the room would of been cleaned up from the other people that were staying there before me. “I guess the best thing I can say is that I didn’t get bedbugs. My biggest complaint is that the hot water in the sink did not work. I had to get hot water out of the shower because there is no faucet for filling the bathtub. Also the ceiling in the bathroom leak and dripped water on me while I was on the commode. overall, the places just dated and run down. I won’t stay here again. ”

“The fellow at the desk for check-in was pleasant enough. When I asked what we got for breakfast for the extra five dollars he said "I don't know, I guess whatever cost five dollars on the menu". Seriously. And, if that is true I want my five dollars back! It made it seem like it was for a specific breakfast! We will see you in the morning💃”

“Two issues the toilet was not working properly needed plunger brought and had to keep taking lid off to work toilet. We had jacuzzi and we all noticed black stuff coming through jets as it operated that was a bit gross to say least. Still love West bank inn but felt uncomfortable by both issues. Employee came to fix toilet but I actually had to fix it ”
