“This place was perfect for our group of adults. There was plenty of room and it was very clean. The room in the front is almost like a separate suite. The location is wonderful. We walked everywhere except for the day we drovw out to Barnsward. ”

“We enjoyed staying at this loft and was the perfect size for our group of 8. There were 2 bars right below us that we could access right from the building and walking distance to other bars, a casino, and restaurants. The management company was very nice to work with great communication and easy instructions on how to access the loft. The only complaints from our group was that in the bedrooms there was not a closet or hooks to hang things up and nowhere to put your suitcase except on the……

“This unit was not accurately portrayed in the listing - the photos did not match this unit. Here's what was good: Lots of space to spread out Convenient location to walk to downtown sites, but the walk was sketchy (saw two syringes on the walk from the parking lot The pullout couch was relatively comfortable Yes, the basics were there but here were the problems we encountered: No towels or sheet for the pull-out - they had to enter the unit when were out to dinner Chair in the living room seat……

“Walking distance to 4th Street Live, the bustling heart of Louisville. Apartments were clean and with all the necessary facilities. Convenient garage parking. The building amenities were great, particularly the pool table and the outdoor heated pool and hot tub.”

“A wonderful stay at a great place. Convenient location two blocks from my office, across the street from Yum and within easy walking distance of the convention center. Great nightlife less than a stone’s throw away. I look forward to booking for my next trip in a couple months. Don’t bother with a car, most things are less than an uber away from the door. ”
