“This is a great property! Everything was as stated/pictured. The house is bigger than the photos make it look. The kitchen was very well stocked and made it easy to make meals for our group. You can walk to the beach, but the golf cart was a huge bonus. You can also walk into town.The pool, yard and hot tub were also very nice. The host was quick to respond to any questions. I would be happy to rent here again. ”

The home was spotless, cozy, and very comfortable for all of us—including my 90-year-old mother-in-law, who absolutely loved the peaceful atmosphere and ocean views. “This cabin is just a drive away from outerbanks and has its own private neighborhood beach. The hosts are so nice and accommodating and very helpful. ”

“I wish there were reviews at the time I booked because I would have changed my mind. This house was not only left dirty from the previous renters (after cleaning service cleaned) but also is dirty and needs major cleaning. Couches were dingy and needed sheets over them for us to feel comfortable sitting on them. Floors were dirty. Bedroom fans have a layer of dust on them. There were fingernails left on the back of the couch and the windowsill. The vents were blowing dust onto beds and the……

“Overall this house was in a great location and had excellent amenities. The weather during our stay wasn’t the best, so having a movie theater and hot tub made a huge difference. On the flip side, the cleaning wasn’t great and there were various odds and ends broken around the house. This house has tons of stairs and isn’t childproofed, so it made staying with a toddler very exhausting. The spiral staircase, for example, was very hard to block off. Despite those downsides, I would stay here……

I wish it was a little bit closer to the beach as we encountered a very large snake on the way back from the beach and our 8 minute walk turned into a 22 minute walk from the beach. The property manager was responsive when we needed her. ”
