Our stay started very rocky as our reservation that was made on Expedia was not showing in the hotels system. But miss Annette at the front desk was phenomenal! She helped us by getting a number to call Expedia and was very understanding of our frustration but went the extra mile to make everything right. She stayed on the line with the gentleman from Expedia and we got all situated. She is an angel and a great asset to the Hampton!!
