“This property is as nice as the pictures show. The beds are so comfy. Our 8 year said "I feel like this is our new home" only an hour after our arrival. Steve and Nancy had designed a beautiful home and thought of everything. Thank you so much! ”

“Didn’t spend much time at the house, just to sleep and shower. Place was very clean. Nothing fancy except for the video arcade machine and foosball game. Big couch and chairs if you had a bigger crowd. We visit Grangeville often and nice change from Hotel and definitely cheaper in off season. Returning this weekend and will book if available. Only “negative “ - simple including pillows and beds. So bring your own pillow but I’m picky. ”

“We booked this property last minute after our original plans fell through due to wildfires. We could not have been happier, and are so thankful that we did! This property is everything we love, private, remote, has all the amenities as far as a nice kitchen and comfortable beds. We loved hiking in the nearby Nez Perce national wilderness, and on the property itself! My husband enjoyed trout fishing in the beautiful river running through the property.
