No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
The bottom unit may be occupied during the guest's stay.
While a child gate is included to block the stairs, this may not be a unit suitable for small children due to the steepness of the stairs.

Security camera details: The property has a total of eight cameras: facing the covered parking/ front doors, the southeast side of the lawn, the southwest side of the property, the northeast side of the property, the northwest side of the property, the driveway, the upstairs deck, and the downstairs patio.
Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
