“Very nice property. The only reason I gave four stars for the cleanliness is because as soon as you walk in, you can smell marijuana/cigarette smoke. Whoever was there last obviously smoked in there because I saw loose tobacco on the couch. Other than that, again very nice. Great location. No issues with neighbors, and the amenities for the apartment were great.”

“The property was not cleaned, holes in doors , beer bottles in the patio, urine stained pillows and mattress covers, the door lock had no screws. The property is listed as a 4 bedroom 3 bath. All the bedrooms are upstairs and there is 2 full baths upstairs and 1/2 bath downstairs. There was a room downstairs but technically not a bedroom because it has no closet. The manager was in another state and the owner out of the country. They sent someone to clean the day after we arrived. By that time……

“The townhouse was new, clean and convenient to restaurants and shopping. The rooms were large and allowed us to spread out. Our kids enjoyed the foosball and air hockey tables. We appreciated the toiletries, coffee, paper products, etc., that were provided that we don’t usually see in rentals. The bassinet and high chair were unexpected and super helpful as we did have or 2 small grandchildren with us. Would definitely stay here again!”
