“Richard is the most wonderful host—he made us feel very welcome and comfortable! The property is just beautiful, with perfectly manicured lawns and gorgeous roses and flowers in the garden. Spacious room, comfortable bed, luxurious sheets and bedding, great shower, and a beautiful balcony porch to unwind at the end of the day. We’ll be back next time we’re in Delaware. ”

“The King Charles Suite was very well appointed with every need. The sitting areas and deck were extremely welcoming and comfortable. The bathroom was super spacious. The kitchenette had everything we could ask for or use. The deck was absolutely relaxing and quiet. The owners/hosts knocked it out of the park with the decoration and furniture….it is classy and refined while absolutely comfortable. ”

“Lovely house. Well equipped. One king bed. One queen. 3 singles in one room. 3.5 baths. The showers had just been re-done and need a little finish work. I imagine that will happen soon. The TV's have ltd. cable and we weren't able to figure out the remotes to get even basic stations. If you are going to stay, ask for help with these from the property manager upon arrival. The MBR is on the third floor. The stairs are somewhat steep. Just good to know. ”
