Experience comfort, relaxation, and adventure in our beautiful home, perfect for creating lasting memories. Featuring two full bathrooms, a SAUNA, two cozy family areas, a crackling fireplace, and high-speed Wi-Fi, and beautiful views.

Just an 8-minute drive from Holiday Valley, 3-minute drive from Holimont, and only 4 minutes from the charming village of Ellicottville, this is your ideal base for skiing, hiking, golfing, dining, and exploring. Inside, you'll find a king bed, full bed, two twin beds, and a queen bed, twin bed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep for all guests. With 2 bathrooms equipped with hair dryers and showers, getting ready for the day is a breeze. The cozy living room even has a bunk bed for extra sleeping space. We can't wait to welcome you to our lovely retreat!

Very nice area, easy access and quite. Jist off the beaten path for privacy and freedom, but not an issue to get to town.
