EVL Chalet w/ hot tub on a private lot in the woods and only 3.9 miles to the village!

Ellicottville Chalet in the woods; only 3.9 to from the village, hot tub and plenty of privacy on 8 acres. Our chalet is perfect for 2 or 3 families, 3 couples or 12 max guests. 25 year old min renter age and 12 guests maximum please. Sit back next to one of our two gas fireplaces in either of two living rooms and enjoy the view! Beds: 1 King, 3 full, 1 twin, and 2 full pullout couch beds.

Self check-in and check-out. We are available if needed.

We are in the woods and only 3.9 miles from Ellicottville village. In addition, we are on the same street (3/4 mile) as Holiday Valley tubing. There are also 6+ state parks with 10 miles for many outdoor activities.

Guests are the only people on the entire property.

The entire place and 8 acres is yours. Our chalet is fully equipped with linens, towels, toilet paper, paper towels, tissues, fully stocked kitchen, Keurig, regular coffee maker, ground coffee and Keurig cups. We have boards games, air hockey and an arcade game.

A beautiful and well set up home away from home. There was a big snowfall before our arrival and the driveway was plowed and stairs shovelled. A large living room area that stayed warm and inviting with the fire. The basement and games were a hit with the teens. Towels, hot tubs towels and extra linens all provided; would recommend bath mats for the showers as a nice addition. Well stocked kitchen and coffee provided as listed which is always nice. We had trouble with the oven not heating and communications with the host were prompt and supportive. A lovely long weekend!

Our stay was something similar to a Hallmark movie! Blessed with continuous snow and the fireplace and decor, it felt like the coziest getaway possible! Thr kids were kept occupied with the amazing game room and hot tub. There were many areas to rest and relax and soak in the beauty. The Chalet was well-stocked and ready for our family to have a memory-making time. We had no issues! We will be recommending this Chalet to our friends and family for sure.
