Fall is right around the corner, check out our stunning views. Explore our Ellicottville, NY retreat, set on 8 expansive acres of scenic countryside. Ideal for groups of 16+, our property provides all the essentials for an unforgettable vacation. With 5 nice sized bedrooms, 2 giant family rooms, and a huge kitchen and dining room, you will have all the space you will need for your gathering. A covered hot tub is perfect for those cold, snowy nights after a long day of skiing. Thank you for considering our Ellicottville haven; we anticipate the pleasure of hosting you and crafting enduring memories.

Spot near the slopes

10 min drive to Holiday Vally and downtown Ellicottville. Lots of room for a large group - easy to find and good communication from the owner. Basement was a bit cold bit the fireplace amd hottub were especially nice on the cold evenings

Yearly Family Vacation

"The Maples" house was exactly what we were looking for. We absolutely loved the mountain view in the great room and were pleasantly surprised how many people could comfortably fit in this room. We loved the layout of the kitchen, eating area & great room. When it got too noisy, people could cool off in the downstairs living room to watch TV or play hockey. The best part was being able to have our dogs run around the nicely maintained property as we fished, played frisbee & cornhole, enjoyed s'mores by the fire and grilled our dinner. We also enjoyed the hot tub and having 3 full bathrooms with all our family. We did lots of cooking and the owner made sure to leave our request of the crockpot, coffee pots, and anything else we needed. We set up the poker table in the smaller house by the pond for the late night crowd to play into the wee morning hours! There was plenty of parking for all of our cars in the front and back of the house. There was always a place for everyone to gather together and always a place to comfortably spread out and enjoy the home. Even with all the people, we never felt crowded. Thanks for sharing your home with us. It was truly our home away from home!
