Country charm and resort-style living combine at this perfect riverfront cabin. Showcasing scenic views of the Coosawattee, the home features a classic rustic motif updated for complete modern comfort. Along with a private hot tub and in-home entertainment features, you and your guests will also enjoy access to the many on-site offerings maintained by the Coosawattee River Resort, including indoor and outdoor pools, sports courts, walking trails, a game room, and a fitness center.

At home, relax on the deck while taking in the views or go for a dip in the private hot tub after the day's activities. A private gas grill and covered dining table set the stage for alfresco riverfront meals. If you're looking for a bit of family fun, you can play some ring toss on the screened deck or challenge guests to a few rounds of Ping-Pong in the bonus bunk room. A large stone fireplace and smart TV are ready to welcome cozy family movie nights in the main living area. Primary guests will love the spacious loft bedroom - the home's main bedroom - complete with its own bathroom, a walk-in closet, and amazing mountain views.

The resort has updated how guests gain access to the amenities on site. The guest will be responsible for purchasing amenity passes at the POA office. Monday-Saturday 9 am- 5 pm. Amenity passes are $59 per card. Each card allows 4 guests to use the amenities during the reservation dates. The POA only takes checks or money orders for payments.

The outdoor pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day only.

Fireplaces are operable from October 1st – April 15th only.

Things to Know
Check-in time: 4:00 PMCheck-out time: 10:00 AMAll guests shall abide by Vacasa's good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AMNo smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great Location and beautiful view!

Lovely cabin in the woods, hot tub was a huge plus that we used both days. Bathrooms were impeccably clean. We were disappointed that only the tv in the living room worked.
