The "Bird In Hand Cabin" is tucked away in the private Coosawattee River Resort area of Ellijay, Georgia. Our spacious mountain retreat offers the perfect escape. Savor quiet mornings on the deck, relax by the fire pit after sunset, and enjoy the calming presence of North Georgia’s native wildlife and mountain views. 



📍 Location & Access - Our home is situated along the beautiful Coosawattee river with access to multiple amenities including parks, pools, recreation centers, fishing areas, putt-putt, and much more. We are 20 minutes from downtown Ellijay and located on a well-maintained gravel road with parking space for 5 vehicles.

🐈‍⬛ PETS are welcome but we do ask that they be vaccinated and up to date on flea & tick treatment. - Pets are also required to be in a CRATE if they are left alone in the house. - We have 1 large and 1 medium pet crate available.



This is a gated community. ⭐Please send first and last names of everyone in your group who may be a driver and need access through the gate. ⭐ We will then add these names to the security list.  Keypad code to front door will be given 24 hours prior to check-in.

The property was amazing. The house is beautiful and has all you need. The owner thought of everything when thinking of their guest. We had 8.adults and a 2 y/o with plenty of.space. it has a beautiful view.and is located in a nice community.
