It was really hot/humid, while we were there and it operates on window unit ACs, so it felt damp/loud during our stat but would probably be fine if it wasn't so hot outside. Even though the neighbors aren’t as diligent at the upkeep of their properties, this property was well maintained and nicely equipped for all our needs.
