“Fun cabin near Cave Run Lake and Red River Gorge. We spent a day just hanging out at the cabin, plus a day each in Red River Gorge and Carter Caves. Each night was spent around the firepit. Great place!”

“My stay was fantastic. The property was well stocked with essentials and the view is amazing. Due to recent rain and the levels maintained by USACE, the lake water was at a hight where it was easily seen from the balconies and other parts of the property. Being able to see the water will vary by season and recent weather.The property was clean, albeit the decor was a bit cluttered and there wasn't a lot of space to keep your personal items during the stay without moving things around a bit. ……

“Overall we had a great stay. The location is great if you want seclusion! The driveway is very steep, do not recommend bringing a car! We used our 4-wheel drive/AWD going up and down. It is not trailer friendly, if you’re bringing ATVs or anything like that. There are two twin beds in one room & a queen in the other. “We enjoyed the cabin. We did not anticipate close by traffic sounds but we adjusted to that we had hoped that there would’ve been exhaust fans for the shower areas. The cabin was clean and well stocked and very pretty thank you.”

“We were grateful there were two beds! But everything was very hodgepodge! The bed was terrible! There was very hot water and lots of pressure! The tub was clean and the refrigerator was new! With a little effort it could be very cute! We tried to call the contact to figure out where we were going as GPS wasn’t accurate! And the ladies voicemail was full! ”

“Very roomy, relaxing, comfy! The “eyebrow shape” driveway is a steep slope. We had a 4x4 truck, boat/trailor and car. The road was pretty much a “one way” and Dead End as stated with a turn around, had to navigate to turn boat/trailor because it was tight “common sense”. Then was able to park along the side of street in stones close to property. There’s no big grill. We brought our own stainless steel grate and cooked out down at the fire pit.
