"Comfy and cozy lil place near Lone Star lake, w/ lake access. Mother in Law loved her bedroom, and the overall feel of this tiny home. Wife and I slept upstairs, w/ the heat wave blasting Texas, this place was very cool and comfortable during our stay."

"Lovely well presented house very clean inside and lots of supplies, for the 10 days we were there!! Very convenient for Daingerfield State Park and Jefferson (Caddo lake) plus 5 D Steahouse in Avinger. Property is close to lake but all access is over grown for kayak use, also NO central AC - so bedrooms ..."
