“Rotten, a lizard in room, 100s of mosquitos in room, property very run down with mould in bath room, sheets not washed, we found somebody pile of hair in bed. Stinks and smells of mould. We checked out and moved to another hotel in 10 minutes. Loud noise outside, like a boom box on head. ”

“First of all, Hotels advertised rates locally were cheaper than what Expedia charged me. Even if I booked two rooms, the property were not aware of it. They had only one room prepared. This is despite I called them twice on the day before I checked in. The rooms were very smelly, bathroom were disgusting. The WiFi was not working as per the person who checked in, but next day they told it was working. TV channels were not working. Duvets were smelling and not clean. They had kettle for heating……
