“This is a great place to stay! Everything modern, new and cozy! Real close to the attractions in the Black Hills & not too far from the Badlands. We loved the restaurant we could walk to across the street. ”

“Let me start by saying that my husband travels for work and gets tired of staying in noisy hotels. We were concerned about road noise, but gave this place a chance after reading other reviews. If you are outside or have the windows open, you can hear road noise. Windows closed and this place is super quiet! It is very clean, stocked with travel essentials, and has a well supplied kitchen if you choose to do some cooking. Beds are comfy. Location was fantastic and central to most touristy things……

Small air con window unit by front door kept front rooms cool, but we had to put a box fan in hallway to push cold air to the bedrooms. ”

“Location was great and beds were comfortable. There was a horrible smell coming from the washer. Like a musty moldy smell. There were huge wads of hair in the laundry room floor and in the hallway. The shower head was so clogged that there were only a few tiny streams of water coming out. My husband actually went to the hardware store and bought a new shower head for us to use during our stay. For some reason there were no eating utensils. We ordered take out and had to eat with measuring……

“This lovely property became our Black Hills/Badlands headquarters. We enjoyed the central location to all of the places we wanted to visit. The property was immaculate, comfortable, convenient, and perfectly appointed. There were four of us, two couples, traveling together. The property afforded us privacy when wanted and comfortable common areas for gathering. The hosts were helpful, responsive and very informative. The hosts provide a great guide for the property, suggestions for……
