“A little slice of heaven, next door to the Promised Land. We were in the area to visit Pa. State Parks and stayed here two nights. My wife found Rex Hotel online and she really relies on the reviews of past guests. With this receiving so many positive ratings we went for it. “Beautiful spot! Great hot tub. Went on the paddle boat and zip line, talked to a very cute pig. Bring your own water for coffee (there’s a machine with plenty of keurig pods) and drinking. We cooked on the gas grill and used the fire pit each night. There’s a shower but no sink, which was a bit awkward for washing dishes and brushing teeth. Owner might want to install one in or near the shower. Otherwise totally chill, charming, and private. Never met owner, but he communicated well. ”

“This is a great house, inside and out! The kitchen has everything you need and I love that the hosts provided all toiletries so there is no need to pack extra. The hot tub is great and the fire pit area was fun for our family of four. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful with the neighborhood check in process. Perfect table for playing games with the family. The only thing I would pack for next time would be my own, oversized towels for the hot tub. I’d definitely recommend this……

“The only complaint I have is that I love to clean up really good when I stay somewhere and it wasn’t any cleaning supplies available So I tried to clean it up to the best of my ability.
