“We had a beautiful weekend on the lake with our son. It’s a small cottage with beautiful front porch. Owner lives next door and allows you to use dock and paddle boats. Grill came in handy. No dishwasher but for three people not a big deal to wash dishes. Bring your own lake towels. Plenty of space to park two vehicles. Highly recommend!”

“We stayed at the cabin this past weekend for a few nights and had a great time. The cabin was well organized and very clean when we arrived. The cabin’s setting in the woods was very quiet and offered great views of the surrounding forest. Its proximity to Lake Martin is really nice. You get your privacy at the cabin with Lake Martin just down the road. We did run into a few minor issues with the cabin, and the owners were amazing with their promptness in rectifying things. “Our family and friends spent Memorial Day weekend together. We enjoyed boating and eating way too much. There were two kayaks that some young adults in our group enjoyed morning outings before the boats were real active.The house is very nice and was great for all of us to be together. I was glad there were not too many tvs so the kids had to spend time with us when it was raining.The steps are a real challenge. Make sure you can go up and down 4-5 flights of stairs if you stay. “The house was great except that the interior walls don’t go all the way up to the ceiling so my young children had a hard time sleeping. Also the add seemed to me to indicate the place had a pool but the pool is across the property between two other properties and is shared by all three. Which is fine just not what I was expecting. Other than that everything was great, quiet area, large yard for the kids and dogs to run around in, and close to town. Check in and check out was hassle free. ”
