“firstly, the staff are informative but not really want to help. Besides, the room is clean but not in a good condition, after i went out for sightseeing, the room was terribily hot, i called the housekeeping to have a look of the air conditioner but no response afteri called for the second time, the staff told me that today was sunday so no one will come to fix it! The only way was to change the room. Unluckily, the new room was too cold to stay.The location of hotel is ok, 8minutes to subway……
