“Front desk staff is friendly but a bit inflexible in providing early check-in. We have a case with the transport company but the front desk staff just helped to explain in English to us, without really helping in resolving. The best thing of the hotel is the hygiene of the room is very good. The bed and pillow are comfortable too. The swimming pool is really small and fully packed with guests. “4th time I've been in this hotel. I like the friendliness and service it offers. To my surprise, this time they've upgraded the rooms adding a kettle, coffee machine and a small fridge (they didn't have them before). You cannot ask for anything else for a hotel in this location.”

“In spite of the hotel location far from the metro, bus and light railway station (7 mins walk), others are excellent. The breakfast was good and have great variety for selection.
