“I really cannot fault the cleanliness of the accommodation. I also needed to be in that area but there are few hotels to choose from. It is really basic and the quality needs to be improved like towels and TV especially. The bed wasn't good either. Perhaps that is how the proprietor want to keep it that way, low cost. I wasn't able to check-in until 8 pm. but that was ok. Perhaps they should let me check-out later than the stated time.”

Samuel war am Check-In und auch am Check-Out Tag persönlich da, es lief alles super und er hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt. Er war super hilfsbereit, er gab uns Tipps bzgl Resaurants, Ausflugsziele usw. und er war immer zu erreichen. So Menschen trifft man wirklich selten! Wenn ich könnte, würde ich mehr Sterne als nur 5 vergeben! Wir……

“Frau Kunz war sehr freundlich und hat uns alle Fragen zur Unterkunft beantwortet. Das Haus ist modern , sehr sauber und in einer atemberaubender Umgebung auf dem Berg mit einem sensationellen Blick auf Dénia. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und würden dieses Haus immer wieder buchen ! Wir wurden mit frischem Obst und Wein begrüßt und der Pool mit Blick auf das Tal ist Erholung pur! “La casa en general está bien, la limpieza era buena, está muy cerca de la playa. Hay una habitación que no tiene aire acondicionado aunque en el anuncio y en el contrato pongan que todas las habitaciones tienen. Le faltaría alguna sombra en el patio. ”

“Nice little place with perfect view. No kingsize bed instead A small 2 persons bed wich Made A lot of noise everytime you turn. Little argument about an extra guest (6th person) and wanting to let me pay An extra €150 for that. In the end hè didn’t chargeer anything for it so was greatfull for that. Left the house and to my surprise got A message saying the cleaning lady found A very dirty house. We did not make A mess at all so I think hè needs Another cleaning lady.”

“The accommodation is truly high-quality: location, comfort, cleanliness, maintenance, and welcome. The only problem: THE POOL WASN'T HEATED IN APRIL, despite asking the owner. The answer was that the outside temperature of 23 degrees was too low to activate the system...This is unfortunate for a luxury rental.”

“Es una casa en el pueblo de Oliva, bastante espaciosa y cómoda. Está a 10 minutos en coche de diferentes playas muy buenas. La casa es algo calurosa y hay insectos. Pero tiene una terraza maravillosa con unas vistas a la iglesia del casco antiguo preciosas.”
