“We loved everything about the property, especially the lovely hot tub.”

“The place was awesome for kids, we had two sets of twins and two moms on our trip and we had a great time. The location was perfect, just 5 minutes walk from the beach. The check in and out was super easy and there wasn’t an exhaustive list of chores to be done at the end. That being said, the place was not as clean as I would have wished and there was a large amount of pet hair on the sofa and floor that I would hope would have been cleaned between guests. So, all in all a great stay but needs……

“Very clean. Good location, lots of kitchen items utensils spices, etc. hot tub actually got hot. The place in general just needs a little maintenance, but it is clean cozy and we had a great stay”

“We have been to Seaside many times but never in this beautiful hidden cove. The beach is far less crowded than the other one on the main drag. The house is conveniently directly across the street just a stone’s throw away. The house is quite comfortable and had everything we needed for a fun weekend at the beach. We cooked dinner in and had all the pots and utensils needed. We had a 10yo with us and she loved it. I wouldn’t recommend the house for very young children as there is a loft with very……

“Nice, but kinda worn. The front door lock doesn’t work…very hard to unlock/lock from outside. The bed in the small bedroom is uncomfortable. The shower in small bedroom bathroom is corroded and hard to regulate. The sink in small bathroom leaks in back top. Latches on screen doors and back gate are rusty. Otherwise, fine. ”

“This place was great for a family of 3 (toddler 2.5) and dog. Short walk to all restaurants, easy walk to beach, and perfect amount of space in the condo. They had everything we needed and was pretty kid safe including the balcony. The pool only got to around 4.5 feet and had toys for the kid. We had an awesome week, and would definitely recommend to other families.”

“We had stayed at this property previously. The marketing on this reservation, including pictures, gave us the impression that we would be sraying in the same downstairs unit with a hot tub. We were disappointed to.learn upon arriving that our accomodations were actually in the upstairs unit, which is much less desirable to us than the downstairs unit. Aside from that, we still enjoyed our stay regardless”

“ Loved the location, it was so quiet and peaceful. The beds were great. I usually get a sore lower back from having the beds be too soft. These were great. There were a few dishes that were put away dirty and someone’s old bandaid on the floor. Also, no coffee maker. There was a kuerig but no pods. I brought ground coffee but had to go buy pods cause no coffee maker. But other than that, a nice place.”
