"Great stay, very clean and new hotel. Staff did not know anything about the EV chargers and if they were free or paid (turns out they were paid and at nearly 50 cents a kwh they were expensive compared to the nearby supercharger). It would help if staff has basic training / information available ..."

"I am almost 93, she is 79. Didn’t like rugs that slip. Coffee box was empty. Chairs in living room were not comfortable. I could have used a recliner. She slept on couch, I can’t lie flat so propped up pillows and slept on top of spread. Thermostat was set too low so had to turn off as couldn’t figure ..."
