“There were no slippers provided as stated in room description, although we requested for it the next day, the hotel did not even have a pair of slipper available, which was a bit disappointing. A bit of construction work is in progress outside of our terrace room. “Great check in experience even though I arrived an hour earlier than the check in time. The room is ready, quiet and clean. It is just 10 mins walk from Southern Cross station where you can take air bus to the airport. 5 mins walk to tram station which is free to access to CBD ( walk is 20 mins). 15 mins walk to QVM. “Very good location close to Southern Cross station and supermarket. Very clean. Amenities are Australian standard (basic level but enough for use). The room is comfy, equipped with a fridge. Breakfast really does not worth going!!! I am on discount but still don't find it worthy. only basic cereals, toasts, egg, beans, milk, coffee machine. For AUD 15 (regular price) and with staff serving the food, they should make more variety of food and make it a better part of the hotel service....”

“因夜機而選擇在機場附近找間酒店住下，沒想到為了找這間酒店而在半夜狼狽不堪地找，明明遠處看到它，但是十分難找。居然拖著重重的行李箱衝上高速路後，卻發現過不去。住宿沒有提供拖鞋，十分簡陋。酒店沒有電梯，唯獨幸好前台小哥樂於幫助我們，一次性把兩個共34kg的行李抬上三樓。”
