“The cottage was really lovely and is in a great location. We were really comfortable there and slept well. Great communication with Tracey. Also great to have parking onsite, though a dropped kerb might make it a little easier. Overall, really happy and would stay again!”

“Everything was good apart from cleanliness of the room. Friendly staff, useful info, small but well equipped gym, close to shops, restaurants and the bus into the city centre. However the cleanliness of the room was poor, looked like it hadn't been hoovered and the was dried on food on the sofa. The sofa also had a large dip in one side as though someone had lived in the room and not moved off the seat.”

“The location is great and very convenient. However, the lack of soundproofing is an issue—you can hear every movement from the floor above. Improved soundproofing would make the stay much more comfortable.”

“Overnight stay in Peterborough to catch a show at the New Theatre which is 5 minutes walk up the road. Checked in with ease, friendly lady to greet us, check in was super quick. The room was spacious and well equipped impressed with the little kitchenette, although we didn’t cook our own food. The only thing I didn’t like was laminate flooring in the room, which was covered in lots of scratches from what looks like years of high heels walking on it. Laminate feels horrible on bare feet and……

“A lovely, spacious property in a great location for a fabulous celebration of birthdays. Very good communication between hosts and housekeepers who were on hand to greet us, explain everything and to fix any problems should they arise. Everything thoughtfully prepared for our stay and all bases covered from a well equipped kitchen to a fabulous play area in ample grounds for the children. Our dogs were well accommodated too and having the boot room for drying them off and taking muddy wellies……
