“The room was clean and nice, there was toilet on every floor, and you can use bathroom with hair dryer. It's a convenient place overall. For service, the staffs were very nice and warm which provided kind assist. The only drawback was the little noise at night due to the railway. However it was small affect to me.”

The room was spacious, services offered by the breakfast buffet place was wonderful, food was perfect with plenty of choices - the food quality was top notch and was even better than some of the 5 starred hotel in Tokyo I had before. Front desk staff were helpful but some of them got poor English and couldn’t understand what I asked for. Anyway, still recommending this place to anyone staying in Kobe!”

“已經住過許多次，在神戶港邊，房間相對來說比其他飯店大，看得出來有懷舊風情，但維持的相當不錯。早餐依舊豐盛，非常美味。以前是在一樓餐廳吃，但這次飯店改成在房間內用餐，可能是疫情後才改變，但這樣的作法更顯得高級。下次再來神戶，一定會再安排住兩晚。”

“一樓櫃檯服務親切，寄放行李流程清楚，廁所也很乾淨，清潔人員態度親切，而且是非常環境友善的旅館，這次因工作只待一晚，印象非常的好，價格相對實惠。”

“不錯的溫泉俱樂部，去海邊散步很方便，湯池不錯，早餐和晚餐放題食物選擇不算多但材料品質高，重質不重量，欣賞。枕頭沒有選擇太軟，退房時間能在11點比較好，10點太早。住了晚只試了按摩和2個湯池，沒時間去吃宵夜，下次再試。”

“阪急甲子園站出來，走路十分鐘即可抵達。飯店大廳寬敞舒適，唯獨住宿期間正在進行電梯系統更新維修，需等待較長時間。房間內極度寬敞，雖然在高速道路旁邊，但隔音效果極佳。”

“離JR車站稍稍遠徒步約10分鐘，周遭食事方便，浴場進出有人員管制，房間備品齊全且貼心”

“離三宮站有一段距離，但步行仍可接受，商店街也剛好車站與飯店之間，飯店位置比較安靜，很喜歡這次的飯店，室內空間也很夠，有提供瓶裝水，以後來神戶仍會考慮的飯店。”
