"We booked online but turns out we were not well-informed about what we're getting. Upon arrival we found out our room was an older outdated room on a second floor, with outdoor stairs. We contacted the owner and after several texts and finally a phone call, she was able to put us in a better room. ..."

"The house was wonderful, the pictures online do not do it justice! It was absolutely wonderful to get away for a long family ski weekend. The host was fantastic with communication with an easy check in / check out process as well as a pristine property."
