You can also take advantage of the oceanfront walkways with covered seating overlooking the ocean. Each building is 3 stories with 6 condos per building. No elevators.

PP2A-3 is a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Oceanfront Condo with breathtaking ocean and sound views from both decks. Solid surface kitchen countertops. Dishwasher, washer/dryer, wireless high speed Internet access, 3 cable TVs (wallmounted flat screen in MBR), DVD player, 2 iPod docking stations, wet bar, jacuzzi in master bath. Two decks with patio furniture. Close proximity to pool.

Total Bed Count: 1 Queen, 2 Twins, 1 Queen Sleeper Sofa.

Linens and towels provided (weekly stays only).

No Smoking. No Pets.

Rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday. Year Round Nightly Stays 4 night minimum mid-June to mid-July; 3 night minimum otherwise.

PARKING INFORMATION: Each reservation will receive 2 Parking Passes, which will be available in your Pre-Arrival Email.

(1) Guests must pay in full when booking through VRBO. The card provided at the time of booking will be charged for the total. Guest will receive follow up communications including Management Company’s Vacation Rental Agreement for e-signature which is required for all stays.
(2) Management Company reserves the right to deny stays less than 7 nights, if the arrival date is more than 30 days out from the booking date. Stays less than 7 nights, with an arrival date between mid-April to mid-October, are strictly prohibited unless approved by management.
