“Our family of 14 held a family gathering for Father's Day at Branched Oak Lake. Seven of us stayed at this home and the rest gathered here during downtime and stayed elsewhere. Not allowing children at this home is a good call as there is soooo many antiques that we adults thoroughly enjoyed. The pool is well-maintained, not heated which was fine for us. We rented a pontoon at the marina and ate dinner one night at Val's in Valpraiso - which was excellent. The house was clean and had everything……

“We stayed here for a family wedding outside of Omaha. The neighborhood is nice and everyone had ample room. The house is a little older and could use a bit of fixing up. This was accurately reflected in the photos for the most part. However, for the time we were there and the price, it fit the bill. Host was great and very responsive! ”

“We enjoyed the deck, kitchen, and dining area when we hosted a small rehearsal dinner gathering. The foosball table in the basement was a hit. Beds comfy, nice neighborhood. Sister property next door made it even better so our whole family was nearby. ”

“We liked everything and it was accommodating for our family needs. We came from Oregon and had a family reunion close by so it was perfect for us to have a home to go back to with our family that was comfortable and in a safe environment. ”

“This is easily the best family rental house in downtown Lincoln. Clean, great bedrooms, really nice baths/kitchen, and the game room as key for evening downtime kid-entertainment.We needed a place to stay for an entire week while visiting family in the area, and had 4 kids ages 11 - 15 in tow including a few friends we brought with us, plus a dog. Everything was very clean and really comfortable. The one time we called about something minor in the house the host responded right away and took……
