“We stayed here with six people for a fishing trip. The place looks exactly like the pictures. Right on the water with everything you need. Will definitely stay here again when I come back to Venice and recommend it. ”

“Place was very clean and organized. Recently updated, everything was appealing to the eye at first glance(one could nitpick the upgrades, but that’s not what we were there for). We did not like that the stovetop was cracked when we arrived, and we were not warned ahead of time (we planned to cook, but ended up eating at the restaurant in the marina most meals-it was fantastic). The houseboat was in a great location close to the marina. It was easy to access and the fishing was impressive. Host……

“This houseboat is not fancy but it is just what we wanted. Party of three fishermen. Nice big table for cards or dominoes. One full bath and two half baths was nice for us to get ready to go fishing in the morning. Place was clean and had a fully equipped kitchen. Would be nice to have clothes dryer for rainy days. ”

“The houseboat was large and very well maintained. There were 4 of us in our group and we way more room than we needed. I have stayed at other houseboats in Venice in the past and this one was very nice. ”

“We were a large group (10) of guys looking for a spot for a duck hunting trip and this place was perfect! Great location, perfect space for cooking / hanging out and all the room we needed. Cory was in contact early and often. He even went out of his way to come fix the heat when a break switched on us (even after we assured him we’d be okay without it). Overall this place was awesome and we’ll be back for sure ”

“The inside of the place was clean, but is showing its age. The ventilation in the sleeping area needed two fans to circulate the cool ac air The fish cleaning station had fish scales and other residue between the large cutting board and the sink. There is a great ice machine on the front poach and being able to back right up to the front door was great for loading and unloading. ”

“DB stayed in touch from the moment we booked. He was informative and very friendly. The place was perfect and set up for your pleasure. I would suggest a small bait freezer if you can bring one. Overall amazing ”

“We had a great weekend”

“Very roomy and has everything you need. I would book again on the next trip. The only thing I might change is to have another bedroom with a queen size bed. Other than that, I wouldn't change a thing. ”
