“A nice hotel with basics for frequent travelers. Provides all the amenities, decent food, in good location, in heart of Nagpur and in well known area. But some basics were missing like body lotion, hair dryer, which could be provided at a minimal cost. ”

“Great family stay”

“A very pleasant experience for me. It is a homestay and not a normal hotel. The owner is very courteous and the location is quite good for my purpose. Also, it's in a residential area and I get fresh air by opening the large windows in my room. I would highly recommend it to anyone who wants a homely feeling away from home. Lastly, since it is a homestay as i mentioned before, i did not enquire about the availability of lunch or dinner at the premises. As for breakfast, it is provided on……

“The window was not closing, resulting in loss of energy from the air condition.The WIFI was consistently poor and I had to make multiple requests to restart the router and get it fixed.Often the staff gave cheeky stories, I was told wifi is slow because there was law and order issue in another part of Nagpur, however the 4g was working fine at the same. There were cockroaches in the bathroom. ”

“Very helpful staff. But property is in a congested alley. Rooms are small and very basic. Don't book on Expedia, they are charging a huge commission. Book with the hotel directly instead for good deals.”

“Overall Hotel President was an excellent value. Right in the heart of the hustle and bustle of central Nagpur. The vegetarian restaurant delivered an amazing variety of delicious food at reasonable prices. The only real problem with the stay was poor WiFi which was essentially nonfunctional for my entire three day stay. ”

“Worst experience ever ”

“What I liked about the property: Not a 3 or 5 star, but clean rooms and bathroom. The housekeeping staff and other staff were very engaging and helpful. I cannot say the same of the owner and the check in experience, - The lady at check-in claimed that expedia did not charge the correct tariff and would not honor the booking unless I paid INR 15000 more. It was a vulnerable moment for us and we were tired after the journey, so we paid. She gave me a receipt which said that the tariff was……
