“My husband and I have been going to Tionesta for some time now. He grew up going to a family camp in the area and it is a fabulous place for fishing, hiking, tubing in the summer and just unwinding. “The Bungalow was perfect for a couple with A dog. Loved how the coffee table lifted up so you can eat while watching TV. Great area for fishing kayaking and hiking, Anders Run Natural Reserve was a gem with 400 year old trees. Visited Jake’s Rocks, Rimrock overlook, Kinzua Bridge state park and Chapman Lake state park. Ate and drank at Bent Run Brewery and Docksiders and both were excellent!”

My wife of 56 years has Alzheimer's so travel can be challenging, but our stay was very enjoyable even with the challenges. The property is excellent but I think it was the communication with our host that was the most exceptional. The worst part of the trip was leaving! We are used to traveling/camping so brought many things with us to make the weekend easier. - The backyard is not well lit & puddles water.
