“Excellent communication from host & easy check in with key lock. Room was spacious & comfortable for our family of 4. The only negative was that we hadn’t realised that bathroom would be downstairs, which resulted in the kids being a bit anxious about going on their own, as it’s a shared house and they weren’t comfortable wandering around the house on their own with strangers. Not a problem for the adults, but the kids weren’t comfortable. ”

“The perfect location for a stay in the Peak District, with arguably the best view from a pub garden anywhere in the UK? Perfect for a family of four, with all rooms well furnished and a generous kitchen and lounge set up. Great for self-catering, but the food in the pub downstairs was good stuff. Buxton, Bakewell and Chatsworth House are all inside a 20-minute drive, and you can simply pop hiking boots on and start over the back fence of the beer garden for a good walk. Taddington Village is……
