“Extremely helpful front desk. Greatly appreciate the helpful and friendly gesture of the front desk in making my stay comfortable. Minor things such as complimentary water bottles, help me with charging cables.. aided me greatly. Thanks to the team for their ability to fulfill customer expectations. May the team rise high and shine. I enjoyed my late night rendevous with the stars in the balcony.”

“Located just outside St Moritz in a nice town. We had dinner just down the street, a fabulous breakfast in the hotel and left for the Bernina train back to Italy. Would love to explore Switzerland more in the future. The hotel is classy and elegant with great views and just a quick bus to downtown St Moritz”

“房間整體感覺非常好，在市中心，有車站接送，本來預定了3天不可取消的3人房，因為飛香港班機取消，導致整個旅程延誤兩天，只能住一天，真是大虧，但酒店的貼心服務及豐富的早餐，大大減低了這種感覺，退房時櫃台主動退了20元的城市稅，更是覺得窩心，下次有機會會再入住！”
